Medium: raisins, lemon peel, orange peel, apple, almond, walnuts, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, clove, brown sugar, brandy, beef suet
This is a research project for mincemeat. I gathered various recipes of it and cooked one. I got the first recipe from my Japanese friend, which she got from her neighbor who studied confectionery in France.
